hello dr my daughter is 2.5 yrs old and uske leg me pain hota hai every day at the time of sleep what to do and why this is happening

Its Group in a lot of kids have this kind of pain when there are just about to sleep or something second could be deficiency of vitamin B 12 or D3 and third could possibly be that your child must be running and doing activities through the day which is why the leg pain is there so either of the three things are quite possible
