Hello dr. my daughter is 1 yr n 3 mnths old... she used to fall alot while walking... is there any deficiency or something else... plz hlp Thnk you

A. it's normal, by time ur baby will be able to balance himself.. encouraged to play actively on the floor.  Stand on the other side of the room and encourage your baby to walk towards you.  give push toys.

A. Assisted Walking: Stand behind your child, place your hands around his upper arms, and pull him up to a standing position. Gently pull one arm forward and then the other. His feet will naturally follow as he rotates his hips to step. Keep practicing walking until your baby is ready to stop.
