hello dr. my daughter is 1.9month old usko fever ho rha h..usko kon sa paracetamol syrup de sakte h...abhi usko dolopar-125 de di h...dr ki suggest ki hui..

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. please continue the same medicines for two more days Fever in the baby is because of the response of the body to any foreign infection there will be rise of temperature to fight against the infection treat the baby with paracetamol only if the temperature is more than hundred degrees Fahrenheit

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
