Q.

hello dr. my daughter got her first milk teeth when she was 4months 15 days old and now at the age of 4years and 9 months, she got her permanent teeth. is there any problem with this?

A. I can’t tell you a child can start having its teeth any time after completing the age of three months and the following of milk teeth can happen any time somewhere between the age of 4 1/2 to 5 years so this is not early so nothing to be worried
