A. A blood pressure reading of 102/60 mmHg is generally considered normal, especially if you do not have symptoms like dizziness, fainting, blurred vision, fatigue, or nausea. This reading falls on the lower side of the normal range, which is fine for many healthy individuals, especially young adults, women, or those who are physically active.
However, if you're experiencing symptoms such as:
Light-headedness Fatigue Feeling weak, especially when standing up Cold hands and feet
…it may indicate low blood pressure (hypotension), and you should consult a doctor to rule out any underlying issue like dehydration, nutritional deficiency, or hormonal imbalance.
Are you feeling any unusual symptoms with this reading?
