hello dr my boy is 2yrs 9m old he is pooping since 3 days daily 6 - 7 ,n today now is 3rd time he is pooping in green colour from last night why it's happening what problem might be ? what food to give him?

A. dear mum , if stool is loose watery n green then it can b due to infection give easy to digest home food freshly prepared - light khichdi , curd rice , dal rice avoid topmilk but curd is good , avoidbottle feeding keep well hydrated
