Q.

Hello Dr My baby was having fever around 100 during last evening so i gave her paracip and she got normal after that. Then in the night also I gave her same as i was feeling she has fever. Now around 20 mins back i woke up and noticed that she is quite hot. So around 5 mins back i checked her temperature which was 39• C [102• F] Please help

A. hello parent ur kid having fever , ican give oral paracetamol along with tepid sponging with wet cloth, if fever persist beyond 3 days consultd pediatrcian for proper examination. .
