Q.

hello dr. my baby most of the time sleeps with his bump high from back side. shall I change his posture or shall I leave him to sleep as he is comfortable.

A. If your child is comfortable I don’t think so it’s a problem and if your child is sleeping peacefully in that position that is nothing wrong in it and a lot of kids like to sleep on their tummy sometimes butts are in a proper way and sometimes it is completely fine
