Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Occasional spits after feeding is normal in small babies. If your baby is not showing any discomfort symptoms and is very active and healthy then nothing to worry. Do not lay down the baby immediately after feeding. Hold your baby in upright position for sometime and gently rub on the back till the baby burps. Continue breastfeeding,
