hello dr, my baby is doing loose motions from yesterday and there is some mucous kind which is excreted. yesterday evening she was lil cranky n irritated. she is 4 months old and I am feeding her, there is no change in my diet just regular food.

give only breastmilk till completion of six months.
Mother should strictly avoid spicy and oily food.
visit your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mum if child is passing the loose motions as well as mucus is there in it that means your child is suffering from the chest congestion or some infection is there so you need to conserve the doctor for the proper medication and keep your baby hydrated by breastfeeding
