Hello Dr, My baby is 6 months old yesterday he fell down from sofa also sofa height is not that high and today after feeding him banana I did breastfeeding so after sometime he did little vomit of banana n milk.....is there something to be worried plz let me know?

A. Don’t worry avoid giving banana and milk together atkeast keep a gap If two hours between feeds and solids and keep monitoring the baby and if baby is active and no sign of discomfort then nothing to worry
