hello dr my baby is 5months old can I use calcium phosphorus magnesium zinc and vitamin D3 liquid after6 months

A. hi as per my opinion, if your child looks happy healthy and active, gains enough weight then no need of extra medicines. please breastfeed your child as per his or her needs. burp your baby well. give Massage to your child daily. provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day. maintain good hygiene.
