hello Dr my baby is 5 months old, and her weight is 5.140 kg, is this weight proper as per her age or too less. if less what should I do to gain her weight.

A. Dear ma’am, what was her birth weight? Most babies triple their birth weight by one year. Five hundred to seven hundred grams weight gain per month is good. Continue to encourage frequent breastfeeding
