hello dr, my baby is 4 and half months old and always keeping her fingers and whole wrist inside her mouth since a month and now started keeping clothes in her mouth.. Is this a sign of teething? and also plz suggest which type of teether should I give to soothe her and is it safe to use at this age?

It might be teething but otherwise also kids explore the environment through their mouth. you can check the gums. make sure whatever the chil puts in the mouth is always clean. give your child silicone teethers without water or wooden teethers to chew on. yes it is safe you can give
