Hello Dr. My baby is 3 yrs old And recently he has got some kind of small pimples on his hands nd thighs what to do ??? is it a kind of skin reaction or something

You can try applying coconut oil regularly or apply baby cetaphil lotion. These are good for any kind of rashes. But it will eventually depend on what suits your baby's skin type. Determine the cause of the rshes and going forward avoid it. Always use mild detergent to wash baby's clothes also and dry them completely in the sun before using. If still doesn't reduce please consult your pediatrician itself once.
