Hello Dr , My baby is 3 months 7 days old she has got ear pain is it okie if we use ear drops ,I'm using lidozone . I heard that we are not suppose to use ear drops for kids ?

A. if the drops are given by the doctor then only you should give and please be careful while giving the drops. You can clean the outer area of the ear with a cottony cloth wrapped on your finger. Do not put anything inside the ear, not even ear buds because it is not safe. If You see a lot of earwax then please consult with your doctor and follow their instructions.
