This can occur due to some infection or some times due to climate changes and temperature variations around child.

For cold / running nose give syp Maxtra 5 ml to the child 2- 3 times per day. (Helps in decreasing running nose and cold)
For productive coughing give syp ascoril ls 5ml twice daily
Prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly for nasal congestion and block.
Indirect steam help in decreasing coughing
For fever and pain give paracetamol
For wet coughing you can givse syrup ascoril LS 5ml twice daily to the child

Give warm water to drink
Go for homse remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey diluted with water combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day.

add pinch of salt and two drops of ghee in it.
give it in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours.
you can give mixture of honey and ginger in one tsp quantity twice in a day.

A. hi please give Luke warm water to drink add pinch of salt and two drops of ghee in it. give it in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours. you can give mixture of honey and ginger in one tsp quantity twice in a day.
