Q.

hello dr .my baby is 2 year 5 months old..he is a baby boy..he only sings rhymes like Johny Johny and twinkle twinkle or abcd.but he doesn't answer me when I ask him anything.like if I ask him what's your name he will say what's your name.and when I go to my realatives he is totally silent full day not a single sound he make.i dont know whats his problem

A. Are you giving too much of screen time to do Jaye specially mobile phone because these days parents feel it’s a good way to but it has has very negative effects on the growth of the child so I think it could be one of those things so I would advise you to consult a child psychologist once for sure

Q. My daughter is 2 yrs 3 months old. Physical growth is gud so far. Only problem we are facing is she gives less eye contact. Whatever the rhymes she sees she is able to sing the same. She is able to pronounce very difficult words but she doesn't call me mom. She doesn't ask for anything when she needed. Any emotions she conveys through singing rhymes. Even while crying she sings Johny Johny yes papa. Is there a need to consult paediatrician?

Q. my child is 2year 4month old he does not talk clearly. he says many words but it is unrecognisable. although he knows letter a to z, dances,mankes eye contact, sings rhymes twinkle twinkle etc says bye bye, understand signs not always but he does not have conversation with me or someone.like if he is hungry he crys he does not ask me to give food... I have a doubt wheather his speech is delay or not ???? if yes please suggest solutions...

Q. My two year two months old boy only utters alphabets,(a to z), can identify all alphabets,can speak 1-10.. & can identify the numerical. He can tell a twinkle twinkle rhymes partially.He has a very little interactions with us & others.He has been admitted in a play school two months before, but development of speech & interactions is slightly improved but not mentionable.Either he is having delayed speech development or ASD!!
