Hello Dr. My baby is 2.5 yrs old. A month ago, her lymph node is seen swelling at her right side of her neck near her throat. pls guide. how to be cured.

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician3 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 2.5 years old and 2 months ago she has a lymph node on her lateral part of her neck so mostly it’s a non specific lymph node and it’s very better to see if she has any injury’s on her scalp ,.

Author of questionMom of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. Yes. we took her to the surgeon followed by Paediatric. As per their advise, have done Usg scan & CT scan. The Dr. replied 9 out of 10 children get cured automatically when they grow but 1 percent there may be an issue and let wait & watch. There is no medicine for such swelling in kids. I would like to know any solution or advice from the experts Dr or any parents. thank you

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl3 years agoA. I feel and suggest It's better to check with your doctor and follow their advise. That would be one of the best and safest option for your baby as of now. Take care.
