hello Dr. my baby is 15months old pr wo abhi bhi support se walk kr rha hai it is normal?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. a baby will start Sitting with support by 6 months of age and by 7 to 8 months baby will sit without support than by 9 months usually baby crawls and in 10 months baby will stand wihth support.
After 12 to 15 months baby will staurt Walking independently and sometimes it may take even longer but in no case any Walker should be avoided as it can cause recurrent fall injury and delay in the walking because the child lacks confidence of walking independently.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Yes a lot of kids can learn to walk between the age of 15 to 17 months also the the age that we expect a child should learn to walk independently somewhere between the age of 12 to 17 months it’s not a delay as of now that’s completely fine
