hello dr, my baby is 1 year and 10 mnths old. she has severe cold and fever. We've already given "Zyrcold" syrup for 3 days. still didn't settled down. please suggest an antibiotic to cure cold.

A. dear mom. .without examination it is not posdible ti advice antibiotic. if you are concern about it, it is good to visit your local doctilor n get tge evaluation done.
