Hello dr!! My baby is 1 year 3 month old... she had diarrhea for with rotten smell.. what is the reason? And i gave her ( Bifilac sachets , ofloxacin & metronidazole suspension) with ors..and giving her soy milk powder but still diarrhoea is not come to end. what shall i do?

A. avoid giving milk and instead of that give some probiotics like curd buttermilk in the diet and also give entrogermina add zinc supplements and consult with your doctor personally for
