hello Dr my baby boy is 42 days old he constantly spilling milk after each feed what may be reason n how can I overcome with this

CA for six months these things are common due to stomach reflux and indigestion issues so it’s not a problem if the child is throwing up milk and over the period after 60 days when you start feeding the child on demand is going to reduce down a little bit and by the time of eight months or so it will actually stop only
