hello dr. my baby 7+ months old and sometimes she many times touch her ears what is the mean this n how can I do

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. rubbing of ear as well as itching of the ears is totally normal.
if the child is not crying do not worry about it and to decrease the itching sensation you caxn apply coconut oil over it.
do not use earbuds to clean the internal ear cavity.
external ear cxan be cleaned with the help of clean cotton cloth.
treatment is given only if the child is crying with pain while itching.
for pain you can give paracetamol

if you're child is happy and healthy and active and take proper sleep and food then no need to worry about it
if necessary please consult with your pediatrician
