hello DR my baby 2.8 yr old but he biting his teeth making sound during night sometimes at day too is tht any symptoms of any healthy issues I m so worried about it plz help... shall show to his pediatrician immediately?

It is not because of any deficiency sometimes babies start doing it if you are having any issues regarding it. Then you should definitely consult with your paediatrician about it because doctor can only advise you well after examining baby. Or you can also start giving homeopathic medicine name denton it is very effective in teething
