hello DR my baby 2.8 yr old but he biting his teeth making sound during night sometimes at day too is tht any symptoms of any healthy issues I m so worried about it plz help... shall show to his pediatrician immediately?

Then you should definitely consult with your paediatrician about it because doctor can only advise you well after examining baby. Or you can also start giving homeopathic medicine name denton it is very effective in teething
