Hello Dr, my 4 yr old daughter is all well but there are small rashes on her hand fron 2- 3 days now it is spreading. It is ichty on the palm sometime. I have attached the pic. Please suggest the solution.

It is not possible to understand the severity of the symptoms. Maintain a good hygiene and follow your doctor’s advice
