hello dr my 4 year suffering from cough and fever i give 2 day paracetamol p250..and on 3 rd day i consult dr he said give p250 and 2 days later give azithromycine...so it is safe to safe..as i heard not to give paracetamol for more than 3 days.

Paracetamol can be given for more than three days it’s not that it cannot give it the problem is if the fever doesn’t subside within 72 hours and it is a not a normal fever it’s mostly associated with viral or any other kind of fever which is why your doctor may have advised you with other medicines along with it
