hello dr ...my 20 month old boy speaking some words while sleeping...what is the reason?

Keep talking is very normal and common with kids or anybody for that matter there is nothing wrong with it it it is the thing that people do it it’s a kid or adult anybody can have this habit of sleep talking but it has got nothing to do with the health of the time
