A. It's common for stool color to change due to various factors, including changes in diet, medications, and gastrointestinal issues such as diarrhea. Brown is a typical color for stool and can indicate normal digestion. Since your son has been prescribed medication for diarrhea, it's essential to continue following the doctor's instructions and administer the medications as prescribed. The Neutrolin B syrup and Cifiximib oral suspension are likely intended to help manage your son's diarrhea and address any underlying causes. Keep an eye on your son's overall condition and his bowel movements. If his diarrhea persists, worsens, or if you notice any other concerning symptoms, such as dehydration, fever, or abdominal pain, contact your healthcare provider for further guidance. They can reassess his condition and recommend any necessary adjustments to his treatment plan.
