Hello dr my 1yr baby is having severe constipation...i meorking on his diet plz advise some sos medicine

A. prefer fibre rich diet as khichdi Dalia oats etc with added fruit and vegetables. offer lukewarm water every hour m it usually happens due to lack of fibre diet and dehydration

A. Hi parent please give luck warm water for drinking please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mash etc please give daily massage with Babyhug massage oil
