Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. you can give drops maxtra 0.5 ml to the child 3 times per day for running nose and cold and try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops and home remedies like Tulsi ginger water
