Hello Dr. meri Daughter 4.5months ki hei. abhi tak wo breastfeed hi leti hei beech beech me kabhi kabhi packet ka milk deti hu. abhi meri maternity leave finish ho chuki hei to mei use kaun sa milk du. Formula milk ya cow milk or packed milk? Plz suggest. Regards Kanchan Tiwari

A. you should give only breastmilk till completion of six months and you can start with formula after confirmation from your paediatrician. start cow milk after completion of one year

A. Hi parent as per my opinion if you have enough Breast milk please express it with help of breast pump and store it properly please give it to your child when necessary please maintain hygiene properly it is best
