hello dr meri beti ko fever aa rha h ko Dr se check up krvaya to paracitamol 125 mg & mefanic acid 50 mg SYP di h uske dene ke bad fever to nhi aai rat ko aai 7 hours tk but ye irritate bhut ho rakhi h

A. hi. ji ,jab bachche ko infection lagte he tab aesa hota he magar please bachcha pani aur nind paryapt matra me le wo behad jruri he bachche ko thode thode antral pe gunguna pani pine ko de.
