Hello Dr mere ladki ko fever tha 2 din to antibiotics aur calpol diya ab fever nhi hai but wo kuch kha nhi rhi hai aur thoda kuch khai to omitting kr de rhi hai kya kru

A. fever along with vomiting the child may be having some stomach infection also but it is required to consult your doctor and get a proper detailed examination for this thank you
