Hello Dr mere ladke ko 100 fever hai aur mere pas filhal calpol 120 hai to dedu kya? Aur dedu to kitna du?

A. 5 ml can be given .Fever is temperature more than 99 . Can Give paracetamol for fever and can be given 3 to 4 times in a day . If temperature does not comes down or baby not looking well then baby need a proper examination as it may be any other infection
