Hello Dr mere bete k masude me bht itching hoti hai shayad teething ko wajah se. uske liye kya karna chaiye and usko cough b rehta hai nose me. iske liye kya kare?

Hello ma’am Start with homoeopathic medication called calcareous PHOS you can give three tablets three times a day with a gap of six hours other than that also I would advise you to start giving teether to your child as that really helps a lot in settling down the irritation and richness and gums
