RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. A child does not urinate while sleeping it is not a problem but if your child is up and for past six hours the child has not urinated then in that case it would be good for you to check with the doctors because the child is very hydrated they do not sustain urinating for this long time so better to connect with your paediatrician if needed
