Hello dr mere baby ko fever hai mein apne pediatrician se consult ki thi toh medicine de rhi hu ... paracetamol & mefenamic acid suspension Dolopar - MDS .. yeh 6 hrs baad deni hoti 2.5 ml according to my doctor that is fine but baby ko fever 5 hrs baad ho rha hai and one and half hour pda hai medicine dene mein kya mein 1 hr phele de skti hu medicine. pls rply fast ... mere dr ka no nhi mil rha thts y I ask question here...

A. you can do cold sponging in between the dosages to lower the temperature and give the repeat dose only after the prescribed timeFor guidance about this , you should visit your consulting doctor who will advise the proper approach for resolving this problem and help you out in clearing the doubts as well as suggest you with appropriate treatment if required. It is difficult to comment here as well as it is not possible to provide every details required.

A. Hi You have to repeat the dosage of the medicine every six hours before that it cannot be given in any case so you will have to wait for your time to complete six hours of the first dosage of medication and then you can go ahead with another one
