hello Dr. Mera beta 3years ka h last 2months se use bahut zukham ho raha h running nose and very thik nose like a cough.. allopathic syrup bahut tak di mene use but no relief then I start homeopathic usse bhi use koi jada relief nahi h please Dr. give any suggestions

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. This can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to weather changes around the child.
For cold you can give syp maxtra /wikoryl AF 5 ml to the child 2 to 3 times per day. (Helps in decreasing running nose and cold)
Try to prevent temperature variatizons around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly.
Indirect steam can also be given.
For fever and pain give paracetamol
Go for hozme remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey diluted with water combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day.
Give warm water to drink.
