hello dr.,mera beta 1 year 3 & half months old..but he don't talk many words..he just says,ba......,agum bagum...,ka...ga.....issue zyda bol nhi sakta..but sab kuch samajh ati hai usko...can I worry about this...I m tensed.. kab ishe zyda bolne lageka..tell me.
