Q.

Hello dr mera baby drooling kr rha, along with it he is be so fussy and cranky does not eat anything can't close his mouth also low apitite. can't take health sleep from last 2/3 days

A. In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evarghluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .
