hello dr. mera baby 9 mnth ka h usko cough h or fever bhi h 100.1 uske teeth bhi aa rhe h kya usko fever teeth aane ki vjh se h m usko kitni peracetamol du pls tell

A. give him calpol 120 mg 2.5 ml in every 6 hours if temperature is more than 100F.Fevers higher than 104° F. should be attended to immediately. Dress your child lightly. Use a sheet instead of a blanket to cover her in bed. Breastfeed or give your baby formula often to maintain hydration of body. Give soft easy to digest diet.

Give turmeric milk Give indirect steam inhalation Use saline nasal drops Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
