SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, instead of taking three meals take five meals in a day with a gap of four hours between each meal and take in smaller quantity. Whenever you feel hungry ,eat something. Make sure to include a fruit and salad in your diet. Include buttermilk ,fresh fruit juice made at home, coconut water, milkshakes in your diet. Include honey, dry foods in your diet. Have a glass of water before feeding your baby and have a glass of water after feeding your baby. Take adequate rest. Always relax back and feed your baby. Expose yourself to sunlight for about 15 to 20 minutes. Mainly take the iron and calcium supplements until one year as suggested by your gynaecologist.Write Your Answer Here
