hello dr. mam my son have fever from last 2 days. i gave him meftal P drop three times and zifi 50 drop two times a day. but after 6 hours the fever came again. sir bhut garam ho jata hai or pair and hath thande ho jate hai. do I change the medicine or continue

Yes, you can repeat the medicine in every 6 to 7 hours gap if baby is not getting relief and still you baby doesn’t get relief in next 24 hours then you have to consult with your doctor about it because your doctor can only advise you well after examining baby
