If you concentrate on good nutrition and proper water intake, regular exercise, good sleep. It will help you remain fit and thus having a healthy baby. If you concentrate on baby sex. You are going to loose the happiness of being pregnant and a new motherhood blessings

I m happy with God wishes.I just want to confirm becoz as I heard like this. some people told eating habits shows what will be child. every mother love their children equally. i love very much my coming child. i really welcome and will thank God.

Having a healthy baby is most important than it's gender. Also there's no any foods which decide or change the gender of the baby. Have a balanced meal and healthy lifestyle to deliver a healthy baby. Take care
