hello Dr Kaur I want to go on low calorie n low carb diet will it effect my breast milk my baby is 4 months old & he's exclusively on my feed only.. I want to be back to shape asap

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and you have to take more nutrients food and also add more green leaves vegetables and dairy products in your diet and if your diet is not good then baby will not gain weight properly.
