hello dr itching in left ear 4 month old baby from last few days what was reason any medicen and running nose from last 5 days

A. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is gguiven. along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given. steamf inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

Siri when a child is behaving like this probably your child is having some problem in that particular area so ear infections are very common at a small age for a child I would recommend you to consult an ENT doctor after proper physical evaluation of the child they would be able to give you appropriate help as per the need
