hello dr i want to ask that my baby is 3and half year. he is having cough running nose conjugated chest .. very frequently .. what should I do so he should be cure for long time.. what i give to eat .. plz help

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. it is quite natural in small babies having reference infection duty list immunity in the myes you can give all seasonal fruits to the baby and vegetables take all vaccines including optional vaccines for having proper immunity exposed to sunlight for vitamin D essential for the baby
