Hello dr I m mom of 3 years old daughter , please tel the nutritional powder like bourvita which I can have her with milk

A. hi you can give enfragrow powder. or prepare dry fruits powder with almond , cashew, walnuts ,pista etc. you may buy special cup or glass for your child which will help to encourage your child to drink milk from it. I would suggest Babyhug cup for this.
