hello dr. I'm a mother of a 9 month old baby. I give her rice daal at lunch , papita or apple chiku in the evening n again rice daal in veg stocks. do i give the right diet to her.?

A. yes its ok. givecher 3 neal n 1 snack a day. u may also give her wheat daliya, khichdi, verity of porridge, curd rice, soups, raab. tc
